编者说明：继今年第1、2期发布有关创新发展、协调发展的术语译文之后，本期围绕绿色发展主题，从《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》（以下简称《建议》）中挑选了19条术语，涉及绿色发展的内涵及实现绿色发展的重要制度和举措等内容。其中一些术语亦见于今年全国两会重要文件。《建议》已由我局翻译成英、俄、法、西、日、德、阿等七种外文，并由中央编译出版社出版发行。
